How much does an app or website cost? Calculate your budget
The price of a digital project depends on what it has to do, not on what it is called. Answer six quick questions, see your project profile and get an indicative price range by email, worked out by hand.
What the price depends on
These are the six things that move the budget of an app, a website or a SaaS the most. The calculator above takes them into account.
- Features
- Showing information is not the same as letting people create, edit and delete it with validations.
- Users and permissions
- Each type of user (customer, team, administrator) sees and can do different things.
- Payments
- Charging inside the application adds security, invoicing and edge cases that have to be covered properly.
- Integrations
- Connecting to a CRM, a calendar or a payment gateway adds work and external dependencies.
- Design
- An interface designed for your real user takes longer than a generic base.
- Uncertainty
- The less defined the idea, the more discovery work is needed before building.
How we work out your price range
- We read your answers and, if needed, ask you a few more questions.
- We define the scope of a first version (an MVP) that already delivers value.
- We send you an indicative price range. If it fits, we prepare the quote, with payment by milestones and the project accounts in your name.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see a price when I finish?
Because a figure without knowing your case is a guess. The calculator tells you how complex your project is; we work out the price range from your answers and send it by email, so that it is realistic.
What happens when I send my details?
We read your answers, write back with an indicative price range and the next steps, and, if it fits, we define the scope of a first version. There is no commitment.
Is the price range a fixed quote?
No. It is a guide so you know whether your idea fits what you have in mind to invest. The final quote comes after the scope is defined, and it is paid by milestones.
What makes a project more expensive?
Payments, connections to other systems, artificial intelligence, the number of screens, different types of user and uncertainty about what you want to build. Each one adds design, development and testing work.
